Our basic policies are indicated below. Logan will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

OFFICIAL POLICY FOR SEI DISTRIBUTION

SEI Distribution (SEI) is an independent distribution company based in New York City, New York. Here is an outline of our policies and some important information:

1) Our offices are in New York, NY. Orders, payments, RAR's and all other regular business communications go to this office.

2) Shipments and returns are processed at our fulfillment center:

3) ORDERS - Orders are turned around in 24 - 48 hours. Orders need to contain artist, catalogue number, UPC code and quantity. Orders should be sent via fax to 212-722-9756 or via email to lbetz@synergyent.com - please cc richgirod@comcast.com. We are using UPS for most shipments. Trucking will be used if the order is deemed too large for UPS.

4) RETURNS

A) Returns will not be credited unless requested properly. Return Authorization Requests (RAR) need to include a unique reference number and the following: label name, artist, catalogue number, UPC, quantity, cost, total value per title (cost × quantity) and total for entire return. They should be sent via fax, e-mail or mail or some other carrier, e.g. Fed Ex, to Logan Betz at the New York City office and numbers and email already indicated above. Be sure your RAR has the date requested.

B) The physical return must be organized, i.e. all product grouped by title and label, and packed well so that no damage occurs during transport. Damaged product will not be credited unless it's indicated in the RAR as damaged goods.

C) Product that has been deleted or changed distribution will not be authorized if the deletion/distribution-change deadline for returns has passed. Such product can be returned to us for no credit or kept by the account. SEI will give notification by e-mail and mail of deletions and/or distribution changes at least 90 days before RAR are due.

D) A packing slip shall be affixed to the first box of the shipment. Boxes should be numbered 1 of _, 2 of _, etc. The RAR # needs to appear on each package.

E) Larger shipments that are shipped via pallet(s) need to have the packing slip(s) clearly visible so that finding it is not a problem. Do not put it into a box without clearly marking the box as holding the packing slip. If we can not find the packing slip, we will ask you to send another one which will cause a delay of issuing credit. The RAR # and numbered boxes do not need to appear on each box on these pallet shipments as long as the pallet contains only one return. If there are a number of returns combined to make the pallet, please put RAR # and 1 of _, 2 of _ on the boxes to help us avoid confusion and the serious time for processing that would occur.

F) If a return comes in and does not conform to our guidelines and processing of the return(s) becomes time consuming, SEI reserves the right to deduct what we call a "time wasted charge" from the return. For example, if multiple returns come in together and the boxes are not clearly marked so that every box needs to be opened and matched up with the different returns and several hours are wasted doing this, SET will charge a fee of $30 per hour for each hour we deem wasted processing the return. We are confident that with your cooperation this will not become an issue.

G) Credit for returns will be issued via a credit memo as soon as the return is processed. It will be sent to your Accounts Payable department unless you designate somewhere else.
