SYNERGY ENTERTAINMENT

Synergy Entertainment (SE) is a self-distributed label with audio and video product. It is distributed via its own distribution division, SEI Distribution.

SE's catalog, as of February 2007, consists of seventy (70) titles. Fifty-nine (59) are single audio CDs of which fifty-eight (58) are in the Collectors Series. These are attractively packaged, attractively priced recordings of major artists such as Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Charlie Parker, Jerry Lee Lewis, Rod Stewart, Harry Belafonte, Peggy Lee and Hank Williams.

Eleven (11) of the 70 SE titles are DVD products. Eight (8) of them are very nice CD/DVD packages in the Collector's Series that combine a CD of an artist with a DVD feature film or television show that features that artist. To date, there are titles featuring Marilyn Monroe, Jane Russell, Marlene Dietrich, Judy Garland, Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, Liberace and Mahalia Jackson. The other title combining CD and DVD is a package of poetry readings by the famed poet Lawrence Ferlinghetti. Hear the CD of his poetry reading and see the actual studio recording progress on the companion DVD. Two titles are DVDs only. Festival of Fright is a DVD of classic horror film trailers… a collector's item for horror film fans. The other DVD is a 2-DVD set of 16 episodes and approximately 5-1/2 hours of the fun-filled '50s TV series "Sheena, Queen of the Jungle".

SE also has the Grass Series, a very enjoyable series of traditional bluegrass renditions performed by top-notch Nashville musicians of well-known music by well-known artists, e.g. Eagles, Grateful Dead, Johnny Cash, Elvis, etc. These fifteen (15) proprietary releases are mid-priced.

Second Half 2007

Additional Grass Series titles will be coming out featuring the music of such greats as Neil Young, The Allman Brothers, Bob Dylan and Bach.

More Collectors Series and DVDs will also be coming out especially in our popular CD/DVD format, e.g. Les Paul, Fred Astaire, Bing Crosby, Sammy Davis, Frank Sinatra as well as some fun Christmas titles featuring classic Christmas cartoons, films and music.

High Definition (HD) DVDs are in the future for SE. SE's affiliated company, Film Chest (www.filmchest.com) has a library of 3,000 films that will be an ongoing source for future DVD releases, including those in the HD format.

The buildup of the catalog of Synergy Entertainment will be varied and aggressive. There should be close to 100 titles on the label before the end of 2007.
